Rest and Re-set Smoothie Meal

Choc full of healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. This smoothie is my go to meal when the body needs a gentle re-set and rest. I like to replace a meal with her. She is satiating and tastes great.

Ingredients

2 handfuls of baby Spinach
1 celery stalk
1/2 avocado
1/2 cucumber
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop 180nutrition protein blend (vegan coconut)
1/2 vanilla bean powder (I use organic Vanilla bean by 180nutrition)
1/2 ruby red grapefruit (1/2 apple or mango can be used instead)

Method

Throw all ingredients together in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy
