Creamy Recovery Fuel Smoothie

If you have had a big night or have simply overindulged this yummy smoothie is for you. It has many ingredients such as fennel, banana flour to help reduce nasty gut discomfort such as flatulence, bloating and cramps. It also has alkalising and cleansing greens and lemon to improve elimination of toxins from the body. The perfect antidote to reduce the side effects don't you think?

Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped honey dew melon

1/4 lemon (flesh and juice)

1 scoop 180 Nutrition superfood blend (vegan coconut)

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

1/4 tsp ground fennel

1/4 avocado

1/2 celery stalk

1 tsp cacao (I use organic cacao by 180nutrition)

1 scoop Greens Plus (optional. By 180Nutrition)

1 tsp Organic green banana flour (I use the brand Absolute Organic)

Handful of ice cubes

1/2 cup purified water

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
