A healthy version of the often chemical and sugar infused conventional Djon mustard.
This baby is rich in anti-inflammatory, alkalising and liver supportive nutrients. It is super easy to make and taste delicious.
2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 cup Olive oil
1 tbsp organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Ground Black pepper
Place all ingredients into a grinder and grinder until medium consistency. Mustard can be kept in the fridge and stored for many weeks. Use on grass fed, organic meats, fish, salads etc
