Chunky Healthy Guacamole

A guacamole recipe that feeds good bacteria in your gut and sharpens the mind. Yep that's exactly what you are looking at. This quac contains prebiotic fibre from the onion and garlic and has a good serve of healthy fats from avos to nourish the brain and love up the colon.

2 avocados, peeled and halved

juice of 1/2 lemon

½ red onion, finely diced

1/2 garlic clove, minced

¼ tsp cayenne (optional)

1/2 tsp himalayan salt

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

1/2 tomato, finely chopped



  • Blend avocados, lemon juice and garlic in a blender. (I use super fast and effective Nutriboost bullet blender)
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend well with a fork or spoon. Do not use a blender so that your guac has some chunky bits.
  • Use within 1-2 days.
  • Great with Creamy Vegan Sour Cream , on gluten free crackers and with my healthy nachos.
