Dragon fruit is rich in antioxidants which help protect our cells from environmental toxins and nicely colours this smoothie blood red. As always I include lots of gut flora fertilisers such as green banana, digestion support such as coriander and cleansing agents such as healthy greens.
This smoothie is rich, filling and a new favourite 🙂
Ingredients
1/2 dragon fruit
1 tsp organic green banana flour (I use Absolute Organic)
1 scoop 180nutrition vegan protein blend (coconut)
1 scoop Greens Plus by 180nutrition
1/2 cucumber
1 big knob of fresh ginger (1-2 tbsp)
1/2 stalk celery
1 tsp cacao (I use organic from 180nutrition)
1/4 cup baby spinach
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1/2 cup purified water
Handful of ice cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
