Healthy Garlic Mayo

Super easy to make and much healthier than your store bought varieties. Make a big batch and store it in the fridge for future, convenient use.

Ingredients

1 egg, whisked

1/2 tsp ground mustard

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 small clove garlic

1/2 tsp himalayan salt

ΒΌ cup organic olive oil

 

Method

Blend all ingredients, except for the oil into a blender. I use Nutriboost bullet

Slowly pour in the olive oil. Blend until desired mayo consistency is achieved.

Store in the fridge and use chilled or as part of home-made tartar sauce.
