Home-made Tartar Sauce

A tartar sauce that is super healthy and is without sugar and inflammatory chemicals...You've got to love that. Add herbs such as dill or basil if you would like a different flavour.

Ingredients

½ cup homemade mayo 

2 tbsp chopped cucumber pickle

1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together (I use Nutriboost bullet to blend well) and serve with fish such as healthy, homemade Almond Crusted fish fingers.

Keep any remaining sauce in an airtight jar in the fridge.
