Hot and Spicy Capsicum Sauce

I love anything hot and spicy and this sauce is a fantastic example of just that. It is a healthy versatile sauce that stimulates digestive fire and is a delicious alternative to sugary versions that you may use on nachos or san chow bow. Give it a try.

Ingredients

1 red capsicum

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup jalepenos

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 tsp stevia powder (optional)

1/2 tsp coriander seeds

1/2 tsp fennel powder

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

1/2 tsp himalayan salt

1/2 lemon juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp cracked black pepper

 

Method

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy with organic, grass fed meats, fish or salads.

I like to use this sauce as dressing when making healthy San Choy Bow
