Maca Coffee Protein Biscuits

These biscuits are the perfect answer to breakfast on the go. They are packed full of fiber, protein, healthy fats and antioxidants. Maca is an amazing superfood that supports hormone balance and energy levels.

2 scoops 180nutrition  superfood protein powder (vegan or whey). You can also use 1/2 cup of ground almonds or walnuts instead.
2 tbsp maca powder
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 tsp vanilla bean powder (I use organic vanilla by 180nutrition)
2 heaped tsp cacao powder (I use organic cacao by 180nutrition)
3 tbsp desiccated coconut (unsweetened)
1 tsp organic ground coffee
1 cup almonds with skin (ground)
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Extra Coconut for sprinkles


Blend all ingredients together. Pour into a baking tray lined with baking paper, sprinkle with coconut and pop into freezer for 2 hours. Defrost at least 30 minutes prior to eating and enjoy.
