Packs a protein and superfood morning punch
1 cup 180nutrition superfood Vegan powder (coconut). Or u can use ground walnut or macadamia.
1/2 cup Ground pepitas
1/4 cup Shredded coconut
1/2 cup Coconut oil
1 tbsp tahini
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Mix together, until moist then press into tray lined with baking paper. Freeze for an hour.
1/2 cup organic sour cherries
2 cups soaked cashews
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
Blend well, pour over base, sprinkle with Gogi berries. Freeze until 30 minutes before you are ready to chow them down.
