Wellness Meal Replacement Smoothie

Enjoy this smoothie as a meal replacement. It contains prebiotic fiber (almond skins), healthy fats and protein to keep you fuller for longer. A great option when busy lives either mean missing meals or reaching for processed and packaged convenience

Ingredients

1 scoop 180nutrition superfood powder (Coconut Vegan or Whey)
1 tsp cacao powder (I use organic cacao by 180nutrition)
½ tsp vanilla bean powder (I use organic vanilla by 180nutrition)
200ml purified water
1/4 avocado or 2 tbsp coconut cream (I use Honest to Goodness or Organic Ayam coconut cream)
2 almonds with skin on
½ grapefruit. Shave skin off. Leave some of grapefruit pith for added cardiovascular benefits

 

Method

Blend all together and enjoy as a meal replacement.
