Dr. Moradi gathers part of her knowledge and experience from her own life story. She grew up in Iran during the political turmoil of the Islamic revolution and the Iran-Iraq war. After arriving in Australia as a teenager, she had to negotiate a completely different culture and language at a critical time in her development as she entered Year 12.

Dr. Moradi also draws on over 21 years of experience as a psychotherapist, psychiatrist, medical practitioner, lecturer, coach, and consultant to produce outstanding results for individuals, teams, and organisations. Over the years she provided advice and expertise in the areas of interpersonal dynamics, resilience, personal mastery, and flourishing in the face of adversity and challenge. Her experience has on more than one occasion saved her life as well as the lives of others!

Over the last 12 years, she has worked as a Medical Examiner providing expert opinion and assessments on individuals’ mental health and wellbeing, resilience, and capacity to work in periods of transitions and changes in a variety of organisations, including state and federal government.
